Mark is a certified open-water diver and holds numerous training certificates. He is revered for his creativity when troubleshooting the most evasive of leaks. His interests include hockey, hunting, home renovation, home improvement, music, curling and travel.
Genaro Hernandez II
Office Manager

Genaro has a diverse background in the service industry. He has operated the office since 2008 and has co-designed original software to assist with account management, scheduling, dispatching and customer service. His interests include audio engineering, the outdoors and travel.
James Neumann

James has completed various courses with the Pool & Hot Tub Council of Canada. His skill and efficiency on repairs is something our clients always remember him by. James is an avid guitar player and plays for a band in his spare time. He also enjoys traveling.

Daniel recently graduated from Humber College with Honors in Architectural Technology. He is known for his neatness on repairs and excellent customer service. His interests include architecture, carpentry, art, music and movies. He also operates a high-quality freelance 3-D Architectural Rendering service in his spare time.
Molly Gavel

Molly was a rescue adopted from the Golden Rescue Society. She enjoys long walks with her Owner Mark Gavel, naps, barking at squirrels, treats and anything outdoors especially camping.
